Wattfences are one of the largest suppliers to Racecourse in Great Britain and Ireland which Bill Watt started when he left the army in 1993 when he saw an opportunity to build fences for racehorse trainers to use to practice their horses jumping at home. By 2000 the business had built up significantly for Wattfences to become a limited company and the company moved premises to its current base at Easby. Over the years the range of products has built up and Wattfences now can offer a full range of Racecourse products including hurdles, steeplechase fences, wings and PVC products. Their products can be seen on most UK Racecourses including York, Chester, Goodwood, Kempton, Musselburgh, Haydock and many more as well as on Newmarket and Malton training grounds. Alongside catering for racecourses Wattfences can also provide racehorse trainers with all their schooling requirements including Gallop Rail, Schooling Wings, Schooling Hurdles and Fences and they have supplied a very large number of trainers in Great Britain and Ireland.
